Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

B.A. Baracus ends up with a .50 calibre gunshot wound in the leg, and the The A-Team must stop off at a small town to get him a blood transfusion. The local doctor, Maggie Sullivan (Tricia O'Neil), tells them that B.A. has a very rare blood type, AB negative. The only person they know with the same blood type is Murdock who is still interned at the VA hospital. Amy comes to help Murdock escape in order to give B.A. a blood transfusion, however, B.A. fears that his blood will make him "crazy", like Murdock.

A local biker gang plans to destroy the town because the sheriff (Ed Lauter) has imprisoned their leader. Maggie Sullivan becomes suspicious of the A-Team, and notifies the sheriff who fears that B.A. is a member of the biker gang, returning to break their leader out of jail. Once convinced that he can trust the A-Team, the sheriff enlists their help to ward off the bikers, by turning an abandoned office building into a makeshift sheriff's office. As per usual, the MPs are notified of the A-Team's whereabouts, and they have limited time to get out of town before being caught.
