The image is the copyright of David Bailey. The book cover is the copyright of any of the normal people who own the copyright to a book cover. The image is low resolution, acknowledges all copyrights explicitly and seems to fall within Fair Use guidelines provided it is used in one of four articles:

  • One on David Bailey, the photographer
  • One on Bjørn Andresen, the subject of the photo
  • One on the book "The Boy"/"The Beautiful Boy"
  • One on the author of "The Boy", Germaine Greer
