Bizaar is one of two CDs released by Insane Clown Posse on October 31, 2000. It was released after the 5th Joker's Card, The Amazing Jeckel Brothers, was released in 1999. It came out on the same day as Bizzar, and Twiztid's album Freek Show, and had one of the weakest first day sales of any Insane Clown Posse CD. The single "Tilt-a-Whirl" that was released earlier is from this album.
Before the release of this album, Sharon Osbourne, on The Howard Stern Show, bet Insane Clown Posse that their next record wouldn't sell more than 200,000 copies, and if it did she would pay them a large sum of money. As of mid-2006 she had not paid. Insane Clown Posse have said they were going to donate the money to charity.[citation needed] She had originally said 50,000 albums to which they responded that it would sell 200,000.[citation needed] Together Bizaar and Bizzar have sold 200,000, selling 100,000 copies each.[citation needed] Rumor has it that they told their fans to "buy an extra copy and give it to a friend" and other similar tactics designed to reach the self imposed 200,000 record mark[citation needed] this was proven to be false.[citation needed]
