Biurrun

José Vicente Fernández Biurrun, commonly known as Biurrun, (born São Paulo, Brazil, September 1, 1959) was a football player who played as a goalkeeper for CA Osasuna, Athletic Bilbao, RCD Espanyol, Real Sociedad and the Basque Country football team. He played 296 La Liga games between 1983 and 1994. Although Brazilian born, he moved to Spain at a young age, and was thus deemed to be a Basque by Athletic Bilbao.
