Miracle at the Vistula, oil on canvas, 1930. Painting by Jerzy Kossak, currently on exhibition in the Polish Army Museum in Warsaw.
It is an allegory and does not aim to provide a literal representation of the actual event. In the upper left hand corner of the image, one sees the Virgin Mary, presumably blessing Polish forces. 17th century Polish cavalry (Husaria) is visible below.
