"Breathe" is a R&B/Reggae song and the first single off the album. Released in the summer of 2003, the album's lead single became a smash hit in Europe and the United States. The song was originally recorded for the album without Sean Paul, but his vocals were added for the single. Of both versions a music video was recorded. The music video for the rap version involves the two grinding each other as well as Blu driving a blue car.
