Bitterness (emotion)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Bitterness is an emotion which encompasses feelings of anger and hatred. It is often a feeling of resentment directed towards others for reasons of discrimination, neglect, jealousy, or trauma. Often times, bitterness comes after a bad experience. Most people don't tend to feel bitterness against a person, but more often towards an event. For example, a bitter divorce, or a bitter memory.
