I'm not too sure if BIS formed in 2004, because is Jet Set Radio Future, which came out in 2002, the song Statement of Intent was included and the game said it was by Bis...

who the heck says bis is oshare kei?! i have nothing against oshare kei, in fact my fave bands are oshare kei...but how does bis fit into this category!?
