This image created by the Dallas Morning News http://www.bishop-accountability.org/news/2004_06_20_DMN_RevVictor.htm This image is important to the article as it illustrates the subject of a major segment. There are no known free images in the public domain of this bolivian bishop. This black and white image is of low resolution and is several years old. Its use here in no way negatively affects the finances of the Dallas Morining News.
