[edit] Education
Bishop Ryan offers all the standard classes for Jr. High and High School students, including history and social sciences, mathematics (up through Calculus), sciences (up through Physics), and a wide range of English courses. Elective courses vary from an array of Art classes to Band. Religion is a token course, and is required of all Catholic students, but the individual topics of each religion class change from course to course.
Bishop Ryan offers a string of classes. Leadership I, II, and III are new to the school within the last few years, and are open to high school students. Leadership I and II are classroom courses, one focusing on applying Jesus Christ in everyday life, and the other on the Beatitudes. Leadership III, on the other hand, is an independent study course.
