Bisexual pornographic movies are porn movies that depict both heterosexual and homosexual sexual acts. Just as most porn is marketed to men, bisexual porn is marketed to bisexual men. Therefore it usually contains a combination of heterosexual and gay sex acts. (Lesbian scenes are common in "straight" porn.) The easiest way to depict heterosexual and gay sex in a single scene is with a two-man-one-woman (MMF) threesome.

What distinguishes bisexual from gay pornography is the presence of women. In an MMF threesome, the woman may perform one or more of the following roles:
- She may encourage the two men to engage in gay sex acts by cheering them on or by masturbating as she watches them. In some videos, the woman may demand that her "straight" husband or boyfriend perform gay sex acts (usually fellating the other man or receiving anal intercourse from him) as "punishment" for infidelity.
- She may be part of a "daisy chain," in which all three participants perform and receive oral sex.
- If the two men are having anal sex, she may masturbate or fellate the bottom partner.
- As the two men have sex, she may receive cunnilingus from one or both of them.
- The two men have anal intercourse, and the bottom man has vaginal intercourse with the woman. (see Lucky Pierre)
Less common, at least in bisexual porn marketed to men, is that the two men will pleasure the woman without simultaneously engaging in sex acts among themselves.
