[edit] What is Birdie?

Birdie is a 16 year old with his GCSE results under his belt as of August 24th 2006 and a part time job as of 2nd September. With those he hopes to make his way into college to study A Levels. English Literature, English Language, Computing and Philosophy. I am interested in studying English a fair amount, as well the debating that goes hand in hand with philosophy. With that, my ambition it to one day become a teacher of my language.

If it isn't completely obvious, I am a furry interested in art, drawing and fursuiting despite not owning a suit or even being able to afford one but that is also an ambition, to get one. I am an artist myself who draws assorted cute animals, anthro or otherwise. I sketch on paper, color and details are all done at my PC. And being as poor as I am, I don't even have a scanner so I end up taking a photo of my pics, hoping the lines I need to go over aren't lost in the proccess.

I am a fan of films, tending to avoid most films in the cinema today that include cars covered in bright neon stickers, teenage girls who overcome the biggest bitches in the school to get the sexiest guy to the prom, poor comedy such as the Scary Movie series and so on. I tend to only watch films that are genuinely entertaining, be it for the story, acting or the characters in it.

I am a slight fan of Anime, although not the stereotypical fan who will only watch it if it happens to be subbed in their native language with the Japanese voice cast as I personally, see no fun in reading a television show. I've watched only the highly popular animes such as Hellsing, Fullmetal Alchemist, Trigun and Cowboy Bebop.

I am a great fan of music and my tastes vary, moving from genre to genre and not staying in the same place. I am a fan of Rock, 80's stuff, Occasional classical music, VG Music and anything else. There's just too much, I like lots of music, although rock has to be the best thing I listen to.
