I can't see much wrong with this. It doesn't really constitute an advertisment, and as a Derby resident can confirm it seems to be accurate. I've removed the 'Birds is well regarded' claim as hard to verfiy, but otherwise seems fine.........

(02/09/06) OK it's been a week, nobody has justified the 'advertisment' tag, so I've deleted it.
