[edit] Book Differences

I noticed that a difference from the book was mentioned under the Trivia section. I'm of the opinion that we probably don't need to detail that type of info here given that notable/major differences are covered on the main page. Perhaps it's best to confine any book references to larger items of note that are uniquely to do with that episode (such as noting that Storm Front is based on the book o nthe appropriate episode page, etc).
