Birgitta Dahl

Birgitta Dahl (born September 20, 1937) is a Swedish Social Democratic politician. She is a member of the Social Democrats. In 1969 she was elected to the Riksdag as a Member of Parliament, a post she held until 2002. From 1994 to 2002 she was the speaker of the Riksdag. She held ministerial posts in the Government of Sweden from 1982 to 1991.

Birgitta Dahl married Enn Kokk in 1986.
