Where exactly is the Bio-Devil described by that name in any Mega Man-related materials? For that matter, how about the model number? -—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 12.215.218.170 (talk • contribs).

I've never heard it called a Bio-Devil before either. I have heard it called a 'Rock Monster' before but I think that name was made up by the fans. I don't think Capcom ever gave them a collective name, just Yellow Devil, Green Devil, etc. The model number is deftinately false, because it's a different mechaniloid each time, so they can't all have the same serial. -—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 86.143.8.102 (talkcontribs).
Bio-devil is used as the English name for the Rainbow Devil in the Brady Games guide for Mega Man Zero. The use as a general term to describe all devils, however, seems to be a fan-only phenomenon.
The "Rock Monster" name was Nintendo's way of avoiding religious reference back then. Maetch 19:50, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
