[edit] Binky Rules

When graffiti stating Binky Rules mysteriously appears on the walls of the school, everyone thinks that Binky Barnes wrote it. Binky Barnes states many times that he didn't do it, but most people don't believe him. After a while, his friends believe him, but the culprit is still unknown. Buster and Fern, who are well known for being good detectives, attempt to find out who did it. Buster thinks that Binky has an evil twin, who is doing it to get him in trouble while Fern thinks that a rival soccer team is doing it so that Binky can't try out for the local travel team. After more investigating, they realize that the graffiti was done by an unknown band called Binky to promote their band.

[edit] Meet Binky

Binky, the unknown band, has their first concert. Arthur and the gang get to meet Binky backstage because Arthur's father was catering for them. When they meet Binky, they realize that they are actually holograms. Many episode elements parody ABBA, such as Binky's vague Scandinavian origins, and their manager Svern and musical technician (who bear a strong resemblance to ABBA's manager Stig Anderson and editor Michael Tretow, respectively).
