Binat Bibi mosque

Binat Bibi Mosque is one of the first mosques in Bengal area; Bakht Binat, daughter of Marhamat built in 1454 during the rule of Sultan Mahmud Shah I.
Binat Bibi's mosque is located in Narinda, Dhaka.It is square and single domed mosque with octagonal corner towers. Entrance is from east, north and south. The mosque measures 12' square internally.
Pre-Mughal features included in the curved cornice, battlements.
