Bimbo Deluxe is a pizza restaurant and bar in the Melbourne suburb of Fitzroy.

Located on Brunswick Street, Bimbo's (as it is known) has become a Fitzroy landmark since it opened in 2002. The exterior features a giant illuminated baby doll, a theme which continues inside the dimly-lit interior. A review in The Age newspaper in 2003 described the decor as "a video clip production designer's idea of a crack den"[1].

Downstairs is a large area full of elderly sofas, and upstairs is a large roof garden, open in the summer. The building was previously the Punters Club, a famous live music venue which ran from 1987 to 2002, and before that the Moonee Valley Hotel.

In April 2006 the owners of Bimbo's opened a second restaurant/bar in Windsor called Lucky Coq, in what used to be the Duke of Windsor Hotel on Chapel St.
