Due to the character's many different names (those that he shares with similiar characters), I set up this page to help him to be better differentiated. The name change reflects how the character is represented in the Official Handbook to the Marvel Universe. This has been a discussion point on the Black Goliath page for a few months. - sharp962 6/15/2006

[edit] Powers and abilities

With the blood tranfusion from Spider-Woman to cure his cancer, does Dr. Foster also have immunity to toxins and radiation like Spider-Woman?

[edit] Goliath again

The "Goliath again" section mentions him returning without explanation in issues of The Thing, but he actually returned (still with no explanation) in an issue of Black Panther, during Christopher Priest's run. I don't recall the exact issue, but I know he appeared in a panel or two alongside other black heroes (Falcon, et al). This clearly took place after he was depowered, so it should be assumed he's been able to size-change again going back at least that far. - Kevingarcia 02:16, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

Right, that was in Black Panther (third series) #17. There's a brief note of explanation that says Foster somehow regained his powers by that time. I'll add a note. Kaijan 03:35, 14 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Aliase

What was the aliase given to Goliath by Nick Fury?
