This appears to be a photo of the packaging of 12 cans of Billy Beer. I believe that packaging designs are copyright by the brewery. I don't think it is fair use to use this in the Billy Carter article. I will remove this image from the article on Billy Carter and put it back into the article on the beer. Rational for fair use in Billy Beer is that it shows the beer that is featured in the article and the endorsment by Billy Carter is central to the notability of the otherwise unsuccessful marketing campaign. Also, use of the image will not reduce the value of the design and deprive the brewery of potential profit. The brand of beer is no longer made. Fair use of an image of packaging also appears to occur at Image:RedpathSugarLabel.jpg. Cafe Nervosa | talk
