This image shows the side of a box containing twelve 12-oz cans of Billy Beer. The image shows shows how the product featured in the article was packaged and shows that the extent of the endorsement by Billy Carter. The involement of the brother of the President of the United States is the most notable thing about the otherwise unsuccessful marketing of this product.
[edit] Fair Use Rationale
The rational for fair use in Billy Beer is that it shows clearly the most notable aspect of Billy Beer, Carter's endorsement. Also, it a fair assumption that use of the image will not impair the value of the design and deprive the original copyright owner, Falls City Brewing Company, of potential profit. The brand of beer is no longer made.

The source of the photo is unknown and the account under which it was uploaded has only the one wiki edit, however, millions of the box packaging were producted and sold and the photo is in no way unique.
