Biltmore Fashion Park is a large outdoor shopping center located in Phoenix, Arizona, a few miles west of Scottsdale Fashion Square.
Biltmore Fashion Park is owned by Westcor, which was purchased by The Macerich Company in 2002. a large company that owns many shopping centers in the Western United States. It is located in an upscale area of Phoenix, bordering the popular tourist sites of Scottsdale, Arizona and Paradise Valley. It is known for its number of famous cuisines, including James Beard award-winner Christopher Gross of Christopher's Fermier Brasserie and Paola's Wine Bar, top the list of Biltmore Fashion Park's 12 restaurants and eateries.
Biltmore Fashion Park is located within a romantic open-air park setting of brick walkways, luscious landscaping and hacienda fountains. Featuring more than 70 fine shops, many of them unique to Phoenix. It has the highest sales per square foot in the Valley with over $700/square foot, nearly $400 over the national average.

In early 2006, Biltmore Fashion Park embarked on a major revitalization project intended to rejuvenate Phoenix's premier shopping destination. This reconstruction hopes to give each store more individuality and making the shopping center more open to the public.
