Billy Rackard

Billy Rackard (born 1930) was an Irish hurler.

William Rackard was born in Killane, County Wexford. He won four County Championship medals with his local club, Rathnure. He also played for Faughs in Dublin and was a senior inter-county player with Wexford from 1950 until 1963. Sporting honours include three All-Ireland medals (1955, 1956 and 1960), four Railway Cup medals with Leinster (1954, 1956, 1962 and 1964), two National Hurling League medals (1956 and 1958) and four Oireachtas medals. He also played inter-county Gaelic football for Wexford.

He is the brother of the hurlers Nicky and Bobby Rackard.
