Billy Joe Tolliver (born February 7, 1966 in Dallas, Texas), is a former American professional football player who was selected by the San Diego Chargers in the 2nd round of the 1989 NFL Draft. A 6'1", 240 lbs. quarterback from Texas Tech, Tolliver played in 9 NFL seasons from 1989-1994 and 1997-1999. He also played for the Shreveport Pirates of the Canadian Football League during the 1995 season.
