Born April 9, 1979,[1] in Flint, Michigan, Billy Brandt is the stage name of Jerry Jack Wardrop.[2] He is an American gay porn star who worked primarily for Falcon Studios and Pacific Sun Entertainment at the beginning of his career in the pornography industry.

Brandt was "discovered" in South Bend, Indiana, at a club called "Starz" where he worked as a stripper.[2][3] A member of the public convinced Billy to have some photos sent to Falcon Studios. This led to a starring role in his first movie, Falcon's Absolute Arid, with a month-long shoot in Australia in early 1999. The Absolute Aqua and Absolute Arid series won "Best Gay DVD" at the 2003 GayVN Awards.

In June 2002, Brandt was voted "Freshman of the Year" by Freshmen Magazine.[4][5] Of the films he has appeared in to date, he is the cover model for all but two of them, From Top to Bottom and Young, Gay & Gorgeous. He is also the cover model for two of the three books of erotic photography in which he has appeared, and is one of the models included in the Freshmen playing cards.[6]

Brandt has altered his appearance over the years, evolving from a boyish twink, as on the cover of the Aim to Please DVD, to having a much more muscular physique. The Aim to Please DVD cover photo was also used as the cover photo of Young Men of Falcon, a book of photograps of Falcon Studios models by noted photographer Bruno Gmunder.[7] He has also added a number of tattoos over the years, and a navel ring. His tattoos were airbrushed out of the DVD cover photo for Lost on Sex Island; however, they are visible on the DVD itself.[8] (Similarly, while his layout for the June 2002 "freshmen of the year" issue of Freshmen magazine shows his tattoos, [4] the tattoos are not visible in his image on the cover,[5] although it does show his navel ring. He continued to add tattoos and develop a more muscular, bodybuilder-style physique, as evidenced by his DVD cover photos for Down to Earth and Daddy Says Billy's Back (below).

He is known for loudly proclaiming his pleasure when being rimmed, demonstrated in both his scene with Jeremy Jordan in Aim to Please[9] and his encounter with Kirk Kelley in Lost on Sex Island.[8]

His latest film is Falcon Studios' From Top to Bottom; in the film, Brandt performs as a bottom, along with three other actors who usually perform in the top role—Kevin Brown, Tyler Marks, and Derrick Vinyard.[10] While the promotional material for the DVD states that all four performers are bottoming for the first time, Brandt had previously bottomed in a DVD-extra scene on Falcon's No Way Out.[11] In From Top to Bottom, he is topped by Erik Rhodes, in No Way Out, he was topped by Jeremy Jordan, who usually bottoms. In Aim to Please, Jordan was topped by Brandt.[9][12]

Brandt is considered "gay for pay" and appeared in an episode of Sex TV in 2003 which included a segment on that topic.[13] He had previously appeared on television on the final episode of Ricki Lake, other porn stars on the show were Michael Lucas and Chad Hunt.[14] His film Totally Billy, from his own Billy Brandt Enterprises, is a collection of scenes from his "home movies"; one of the scenes shows him having sex with his then-girlfriend.[15] He has also appeared in a bisexual film, Bi Bi American Pie #6.

According to his biography at the Internet Movie Database, Brandt is the father of two daughters.[2] Still active in the industry, Brandt currently lives in Colorado;[citation needed] his girlfriend as of 2001 was Fay DuBois, a porn industry editor.[3]
