William Wilson "Bill" Hallman (March 31, 1867 - September 11, 1920) was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and was an American Major League player, who played for six teams in 4 leagues, including one stint as a player-manager.[1]
Although he was primarily a second baseman, he did eventually play every position in the diamond[2], including one game as a pitcher in 1896. He was the uncle of Bill Hallman, an outfielder for 4 seasons.
He died in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Philadelphia.[3]
