Bill Fetzer

William M. "Bill" Fetzer was an American college football coach at Davidson, and NC State. From 1917 to 1919, he coached at Davidson, where he compiled a 17-11-3 record. From 1919 to 1920, he coached at NC State, where he compiled a 14-5 record.
