Bill Devin

Bill Devin (born 1915 in Rocky, Oklahoma) was the founder of Devin Cars. He was a major influence on the automobile industry by demonstrating the world's first OHV rubber toothed belt.[1]

Henry Manney describes Devin in the July, 1961 Car and Driver as "The Enzo Ferrari of Okie Flats."
