- Bili light, a medical therapuetic tool to treat newborn jaundice.

- Bili, a town in a remote north central region of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the former Zaire, in Central Africa.
- Bili Forest near the town, a complex mosaic habitat, rich in a multitude African fauna typifying both savannah and forest habitats.
- Bili Ape, or Bondo Mystery Ape, a large primate native to the forest, apparently displaying a blend characteristics of chimpanzees and gorillas, believed to be a chimpanzee subspecies.
