Well, there are a couple of things I'd recommend first. First, make sure you always put four tildes (~~~~) on all talk pages you post on, so editors can easily identify you. Well, adminship takes a certain dedication to the project. I'll ask you to read Wikipedia:Administrators and Wikipedia:Requests for adminship for more information. In a nutshell, you should be active in article editing and understanding process. Having multiple areas of expertise is a good criteria, as well, because that shows that you understand how Wikipedia works. Take a look at those links and comment me with any more questions. Cheers.
