The deal is that he refused initially to accept a block placed on him by another admin. I don't recall the original reason but you can take a look at Verdict (talk • contribs). I know he frequently violated copyright and/or WP:FU on images. He started creating sockpuppet accounts to bypass the blocks. These were found and blocked. He requested an unblock review on unblock-en-l and this was declined. At this point, he's created at least 80 abusive sockpuppets. All of his unblock requests have been declined by numerous admins. He's been blocked by at least ten separate administrators. He continues to violate WP:SOCK by creating more accounts. Up through last week, he continued deliberately violating WP:FU and lying about the sources of the images he uploaded. He's repeatedly lied when setting up sockpuppet accounts. As to why he is targeting me, it's because I've blocked over 80% of his accounts and am the admin other people turn to when they discover another one of his accounts. He is banned by community consensus and is not welcome on the Wikipedia. --Yamla 23:39, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

I wouldn't have to "follow you around relentlessly" if you weren't disruptive to Wikipedia. If your edits were productive and beneficial, I wouldn't need to monitor your edits. But you have a lot of disruption you've caused on here that needs to be kept in check. Hi, let me tell you that creating a new wikipedia organization can be quite difficult. Have you heard about the recently ban of Wikipedia:Esperanza? They did it 'cause there was no reason for keeping it(read the case there). This could happen to nwo, as you said, its an anti-vandal organization, well many of these are already out there. As far as deleting your images, he was just doing his job, he probably didn't enjoy it, get over it already, and you were putting Wikipedia in legal danger whether you realize it or not. As far as the block goes, you were disrupting everything on and off Wiki, and you needed to be blocked. Ockenbock, you were a fool for bringing back a vandal with a dynamic IP address.   2. What I am doing cannot affect Metros, either directly or indirectly. I respect the hell out of him, and I will not help you torture him.
  3. You will not treat me as your follower. We are equals in this. You are not ordering me to do anything; you are making a request.
  4. I have the right to turn down any request that you make.
  5. I must know what role everyone is playing in what is going on.
  6. If you want information to be kept private, you may use Wikipedia's Email This User function to provide me with the information. However, I have a few contacts of my own that may be helpful, none of whom you know, so you must be aware that the information that you send me may not be just between the 2 of us.
  7. You are to treat this agreement as a binding contract. If you violate any of the terms stated within this contract, with the exception of number 6 since it is simply informative, you must agree to retire from Wikipedia permanently.
