The image Image:Big Pimpin Delemond.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (Lajbi ^{Holla @ me}Who's the boss? 15 December 2006 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

1. The image is a screenshot from a promotional DVD originally created by DPG Recordz, and intended for wide distribution.
2. The screenshot is of lower resolution and quality than the original DVD (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
3. No free or public domain images have been located for this picture.
4. The screenshot does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute DVD in any way.
5. The screenshot is intended to represent Big Pimpin' Delemond in person as he contributed to the documentary by representing herself in an interview regarding her Death Row era career.
6. The screenshot is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original DVD.
