BiggerCity is a website that caters to the "chubby" subculture of gay men; that is, to overweight gay men and those gay men who are attracted to larger men, commonly referred to as "chubby chasers".

After several years in development, the site began on Labor Day, 1999.

The site has several general areas for members:

  • A personals section, where members can post personals and view other members' personal ads.
  • A media content section, which includes erotic photographs and video clips, as well as fiction written by members, and commentary.
  • The site features a contest each year. Contest entries are posted early in the year, and members vote all year. At the end of the year, one chub and one chaser win an award.

An update to the site in 2005 included tiers of membership (free membership with basic privileges), and also implemented a messenger service to allow members to chat with each other IM-style.
