"Bigg Freeze" was the thirteenth episode of the series TUGS.

One bitter winter, Bigg City is frozen up, and fuel supplies are at an all time low. On top of this heavy burden, all the tugs have to prepare for the arrival of the beautiful ocean liner S.S.Vienna.

• This episode is believed by many to be the series finale judging by the heart warming rendition of part of the theme song it is considered by many to be the most likely candidate
• Captain Zero is once again missing from the episode.
• In the book version this is titled Bigg city freeze.
• The episode shows the first contract That the stars and Z-stacks share
