Big Xtra
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Big Xtra is a McDonald's fast food hamburger that was released in 1999, and became a regular menu item until replaced in 2001 by the smaller Big N' Tasty. It included a three-eighths pound beef patty, sesame seed bun, lettuce, tomato slice, mayonnaise dressing, ketchup, chopped onions, three pickle slices, optional American cheese and a special grill seasoning only used on the Big Xtra. Due to its bigger patty, it was advertised as being larger than a Whopper.
[edit] Canada
Canada still sells the Big Xtra in its current menu. However, this sandwich is the same as Big N' Tasty sold in the United States.
