Big Trouble in Billy's Basement / Tickle Me Mandy is the 12th episode of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. It first aired October 11, 2002 on Cartoon Network.

Billy is playing with Grim's "Bad Book", the official illustrated handbook of the Underworld. While he was reading the book, he s being possessed by Yog-Sothoth, a powerful creature from an another dimension. He needs Grim's scythe to open a portal and summon his master. He takes the Scythe and opens the portal in his basement, turning his house into a dark citadel, full of strange creatures. Billy is now too powerful, so Mandy calls Hoss Delgado. Mandy, Grim and Hoss enter the house and battle Billy. The only way to stop the Yog SawHaw is to throw the Bad Book into the portal. Mandy eventually pushes Billy (who swallowed the Bad Book) into the portal, making everything go back to normal. Shortly after that, the portals appears and spits out Billy, as "they didn't want him".
The episode title is likely a reference to Big Trouble in Little China.
[edit] Tickle Me Mandy
Mandy leaves for a day and Billy is lonely, so Grim creates him a "New Mandy" from toys, and animates it magically. But she is too scary for Billy, and he is very afraid of her. But helpfully, the next day comes, and "the old" Mandy is back. But when Mandy sees New Mandy, she destroys her. Billy is sad and they all have a funeral.
The episode title is a parody of the popular "Sesame Street" based doll, Tickle Me Elmo.
