Big Machine Records is a country music record label launched in 2005 by former DreamWorks Records executive Scott Borchetta. The label is part of a joint venture between Borchetta and superstar Toby Keith who operates the Show Dog Nashville side of the business.

Jack Ingram yielded the venture's first number one hit single with "Wherever You Are". In 2006, Taylor Swift became the record label's first golden girl with 500,000 copies sold of her self titled debut album.[citation needed]

Big Machine is based in Nashville, TN. Its records are distributed by Universal.
