The Big Ed is a burrito from the resturant Green Burrito, now owned by Carl Ketcher Company (who also owns carl's jr.) This was known for sometime as the largest burrito at over 2 pounds, including "the works". Green Burrito at one time ran a contest in which someone who could eat three big ed's in one setting would recieve 300 dollars. The Big Ed is being phased out as green burrito in incorperated into carl's jr resturants.
