Bieler Bros. Records was formed in January of 2002 by brother's Aaron and Jason Bieler (ex-Saigon Kick). Originally aligned with MCA Records, the label is now completely independent.
Notable bands on its roster include Nonpoint, who have sold in excess of 100,000 copies of their Bieler Bros. debut release To the Pain, and Smile Empty Soul, who achieved gold accreditation (500,000+ sales) with their 2003 self titled debut album Smile Empty Soul with Lava Records.

Distribution in the United States is handled by Alternative Distribution Alliance (ADA). Bieler Bros. also have offices located in the United Kingdom, and have distribution for Canada, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
