The image of if Sgt. Ben Halligan, an officer in the Blue Hussars. He displayed the image on his website here. Mr Halligan died in August 2005 and his site is no longer maintained. The image however does continue to be displayed there on one of its pages. The image fully qualifies as fair use. It is a rare photograph of a close-up of a Blue Hussar in full dress uniform. Most surviving images are long distance shots in which the uniforms are just a blur. This image offers a unique image of a Blue Hussar up close. FearÉIREANN\(caint) 20:20, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
