What's the meaning of the flag she holds?

The flag is either a Tiranga, Indian's national flag, or a saffron flag, which is a traditional Indian flag with two points. In both cases, it represents India.

Please dont add NPOV violation to the article as we, the sons of Bharath need it clean and tidy. Bharathamba is not a property of Hindus but she is the mother of all Indians, their caste or color doesnt matter. I believe that the Hinduism categorization does not suit the article..
