Bulgarian National Bank (bnb.bg) Commemorative coin issued to mark the signing of Bulgaria's EU accession treaty. The unusual face value reflects the (pegged) exchange rate of the Bulgarian lev (BGN) to the euro (EUR), i.e. the nominal value is exactly one euro.

Translation: "A reproduction of a Bulgarian coin must conform to at least one of the following requirements... 6. to be illustrated in an electronic format and accessible on Internet pages, via wired or wireless devices, allowing access to third parties to this reproduction at any time or place chosen by them."
