The manga is actually 3 stories; Beyond My Touch, Cool Lips, and Recipe.
Over-all, the stories are cute, humorous, and a very well done.

Beyond My Touch
The main storyline is about Mizuno, a quiet, dark-haired boy who remains alone in the corner of his class room. At the funeral of his classmate, Mamoru Takayama, Mizuno finds that mamoru's life isn't quite over. They say that if a person who died had any regrets, that they wouldn't be able to find peace until that regret was fulfilled. Mamoru's one regret from life is that he never got to know Mizuno and he never got to kiss him, and so he follow's Mizuno around hoping to fulfil his lingering regret so he can pass on. Mizuno just seems to ignore the hyper ghost, and wonders why he's been cursed with this grudge when he wants to lose himself in silence. over time Mizuno comes to realize how he really feels for Mamoru, and how empty his life has been. Mizuno lives alone, and is used to being alone... but once he see's what life could be like, being alone in silence becomes emptiness, and it could take a ghost to make a person become truly alive. Both are becoming used to the other, learning things they never knew and just slowly falling in love.
Cool Lips
Cool Lips is about another quiet, dark-haired boy, named Natsuo Ozuki, who is thought of as a weird guy. He keeps to himself and doesn't talk much. Light-haired Hashiba Toda, who is fairly popular, all but forgets about Natsuo until one day Natsuo suddenly mentions that they live near each other, and invites him to walk home. They become friends, until Natsuo kisses Toda unexpectedly. Confused, Toda rejects Natsuo and spends a few days feeling irritated and annoyed. But when Natsuo disappears from school, Toda realizes it's because he's ill and in the hospital. He becomes very scared and runs to the hospital. When Toda questions Natsuo about the kiss, Natsuo simply replies he doesn't know how he feels. Neither of them realise how they really feel.
Recipe
Recipe is about a dark-haired boy named Takashi, and light haired boy named Minoru who are childhood friends. Takashi bakes delicious desserts every day and presents them to Minoru at school, hoping for an excited reaction. Instead, he gets is a plain "yummy," and just gets frustrated. He becomes obsessed with making the best treat, while classmates take all the food left over. Takashi decides he to not stop until he can get the same reaction from Minoru that he used to get from childhood. Takashi has been baking for minoru since they were little. Then he realises he was missing one key ingredient in his dessert: friendship and love. His obsession with baking made him forget all about the reason why he baked in the first place. So that minoru would feel happy.
