Beverly Crest, Los Angeles, California

Beverly Crest is an affluent community located in West Los Angeles. The community encompasses a small area of 8.44 square miles. Despite its size, Beverly Crest along with Bel Air are two of the more prominent neighborhoods in West LA. As such, they hold a joint governing neighborhood council. The council also governs Holmby Hills, Benedict Canyon, Laurel Canyon, and Hollywood Hills. The population of Beverly Crest is approximately 12,331.
