Betzdorf (Luxembourgish: Betzder) is a commune and small town in eastern Luxembourg. It is part of the canton of Grevenmacher, which is part of the district of Grevenmacher. The commune's administrative centre is Berg.
As of 2005, the town of Betzdorf, which lies in the north-east of the commune, has a population of 234. Other towns within the commune include Berg, Mensdorf, Olingen, and Roodt-sur-Syre.
Betzdorf is the base of SES Astra, a subsidiary of SES Global, a corporation which owns and operates the Astra series of geostationary satellites.
