Betty L. Siegel

Dr.Betty Siegel is the former Kennesaw State University president and is an author. Dr. Siegel was the first female president in the University System of Georgia.[1] She is also the longest serving female university president in the United States.

Born Betty Lentz in Cumberland, Kentucky, January 24, 1931, she is the daughter of Carl N. and Vera (Hogg) Lentz.
