Betsy Brannon Green

Betsy Brannon Green is a well-known LDS mystery suspense novelist. She currently has published eleven books and is working on more. Betsy was born on (June 1, 1958 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She lived in Utah while her father was attending the University of Utah. He father finished school and moved the family to Birmingham, Alabama where he attended medical school. After her father finished medical school he joined the army, which meant the family moved, quiet a bit. Betsy’s family finally settled in Alabama where she met her husband Robert Green in 1979. They have been married for twenty-eight years, have eight children, and currently live in Bessemer, Alabama.
Betsy made her first serious attempt at writing in 1999. The first book she wrote was rejected by the publisher but her next book Hearts in Hiding was accepted and published in May 2001. Her newest book backtrack is set to come out the first of may 2007.
