[edit] Plot summary
There is a problem with drug dealing around Lincoln Heights and the surrounding high schools. So they send in a rookie cop undercover at Cassie's school. Unfortunately for Charles, Val catches the ears, and eyes of Cassie and becomes jealous of him. They all attend a party with underaged drinking, Val trying to score some drugs and Charles trying to get Cassie's attention. After Val warns her to leave, Eddie, Kevin and Val make a drug bust and Cassie is able to drive away in Charles's Mom's car without being noticed. In front of her house, he is able to finally tell Cassie that he wants to be more than just friends even though he is a little drunk. She tells him to come back tomorrow for his keys and to tell her when it will mean more for both.
