  • Nature of the copied work This image is a picture of an extremely significant event that captured the public imagination and horror after the Beslan terrorist attacks. The image has come to stand as a symbol of the event. It is displayed on Wikipedia in the public interest.
  • Amount and substantiality One image displayed, which was displayed in numerous newspapers after September 3th, 2004, as well as hundreds or thousands internet sites.
